PROGRAM DETAILS
Ace of Spades Baseball Academy offers off-season training programs for players of all skill levels and backgrounds. Ranging from committed young rep level players with goals of gaining starting roles in mind to house league rookies looking to build their confidence and focus on and off the field.
The 2017 Spring Training Program will model professional baseball training techniques specifically adapted for players aged 7 - 14.
Spring Training Program will also include:

Analysis of pitching, catching, throwing and defense mechanics

Team fundamentals and individual position specific work groups

Video Recording and study of swing pattern with Zepp Analyzer

Weekly training sessions instructed by trainers with MLB, MiLB and NCAA experience
